Massive Shout-Out and Thank You to the Front-Line Reception Team and All the Amazing Staff at Waltham Forest Feel Good CentreI want to give a massive shout-out and heartfelt thank you to the incredible team at the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre a?? especially the front-line reception staff, who are the first to greet us with a smile every time we walk in. A special mention goes to Jesse, Ruwayda, Tamara, Aqsa, Razvan, Latanya, Kie, and Farhiyo.My wife and I have been attending the Feel Good Centre since it opened, and over the years wea??ve had the pleasure of meeting so many fantastic staff members. From past to present, the entire team has shown nothing but warmth, professionalism, and dedication a?? making the Centre a truly special place.That said, the current team a?? what can I say? They are simply amazing. Every time we come in, wea??re made to feel like royalty. The reception team always welcomes us so warmly, asks how wea??re doing, and even checks in on our family. That kind of personal care means so much to us.Because of the amazing atmosphere the staff have created, wea??ve brought many friends and family members to the gym. It genuinely feels like home a?? a place filled with positivity and community. The staff are always friendly, funny, supportive, and yet highly professional.A big shout-out to the front desk team who, despite dealing with countless people each day, remain courteous, helpful, and full of kindness. You are the heartbeat of the Feel Good experience.We also want to thank the General Manager, who has been there for us in times of need. Website and app- booking swim class

The customer agent i spoke to was great and so helpful. However getting through was difficult with so many options. The first time i actually got cut off as I selected the wrong option by mistake then I had to call again and wait a long time. Its not very easy for people with difficulties. I have to also take this opportunity to let you know, I literally felt sick, so exhausted and drained of energy in my head from trying to book swimming classes for my children. Your website and even the app is made like a maze. Its horrendous. Are you trying to put people off from making bookings? If yes, then we'll done you are very successful. In the end I didn't manage to make a booking, before i even finished filling in the details for one child, it brought the message that the session has timed out and I need to log back in. And I was going at a normal speed. Then also at one time, you app listed the session time I wanted but I kept getting logged out. So I tried the website, but your website didn't even list the session time I wanted. When your agent checked and said I created an account in 2022 but did nothing else, I remember exactly why there was nothing else on the account- because in 2022 I found it such a hassle making bookings. Have you thought about how people with ADHD or autism will feel after going through this? Well I am disabled and its only because of my kids I will attempt again tommorow otherwise i would not bother. Tell those in charge to look into the website and app. If they need more feedback I can tell them where its all going wrong.
