Thoroughly enjoy

Love the yoga and Pilates classes.Totalling relaxing Trainers are professional and skilful.I always leave classes run by different trainers totally satisfied. Relaxed and a good workout.The new addition to the team Auroras class was great today.She adds to the already great team. I hope she runs some classes too permanently.

Company can improve if you keep the

Company can improve if you keep the justice. Company force people to pay for the facilities that they don't want to use. It's black mailing that either you pay for all the facilities or you can't use the leisure center.

Better Gym review

The complex and has everything i need to progress with my fitness journey. It has been great and the staff are excellent and very helpfull. I have been made to feel very welcome when I have trained and will continue to attend as much as I can.

Total disdain

I had the pleasure of one of the worst customer service interactions Ia??ve ever had with Better second line complaints team. No customer focus empathy how to turn a misunderstanding into a loathing of a business. a??a??a??a??-Was okay if way too busy with too little gym equipment with people just sat on it all day so I decided to downgrade my membership I had this confirmed was completed only to find out two months later they continue to debit my credit card a ?80 for something I did use.

Helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere

Great reception staff and Babba was very thorough with his gym inductionGood value for money The only downfall is the changing rooms do need a good clean as lots of hair in the water gulleys when I last went swimming

Had a fantastic aqua session today with Kim, she was really knowledgable, and professional, both at the start of the class and the end. And even laughed when the music made us all do YMCA. Lots of fun. Would love to see her back at the centre for more sessions.
