No customer focus empathy how to turn a misunderstanding into a loathing of a business. a??a??a??a??-Was okay if way too busy with too little gym equipment with people just sat on it all day so I decided to downgrade my membership I had this confirmed was completed only to find out two months later they continue to debit my credit card a ?80 for something I did use.
