Website and app- booking swim class

The customer agent i spoke to was great and so helpful. However getting through was difficult with so many options. The first time i actually got cut off as I selected the wrong option by mistake then I had to call again and wait a long time. Its not very easy for people with difficulties. I have to also take this opportunity to let you know, I literally felt sick, so exhausted and drained of energy in my head from trying to book swimming classes for my children. Your website and even the app is made like a maze. Its horrendous. Are you trying to put people off from making bookings? If yes, then we'll done you are very successful. In the end I didn't manage to make a booking, before i even finished filling in the details for one child, it brought the message that the session has timed out and I need to log back in. And I was going at a normal speed. Then also at one time, you app listed the session time I wanted but I kept getting logged out. So I tried the website, but your website didn't even list the session time I wanted. When your agent checked and said I created an account in 2022 but did nothing else, I remember exactly why there was nothing else on the account- because in 2022 I found it such a hassle making bookings. Have you thought about how people with ADHD or autism will feel after going through this? Well I am disabled and its only because of my kids I will attempt again tommorow otherwise i would not bother. Tell those in charge to look into the website and app. If they need more feedback I can tell them where its all going wrong.
