Went in to do my membership. Despite telling them 3 times what my email address was it was put in correctly. After hearing nothing went in with my Driving Licence to prove my identity as required. They told me they had finished with it.Then I got a notification to say I had been suspended.I did eventually have my membership unsuspended but it took time and that is why I have given a 2 instead of a one.
