Brambledown Lodge very lovely

My mum moved into Brambledown Lodge some 13 years ago and has been very happy there. The apartment and building are very nice and are kept warm, clean and well presented. The Lodge Manager Sarah keeps all the residents interested with new activities and helps people whenever needed.

Rip off do not use them

I booked a hotel in Accra, Ghana, the listed price was $305, however, when I got the final charge they had charged me $479.44 with a whopping $105 service fee and other taxes which are not applicable, absolutely no indication of any of these charges until it was billed to my credit card and when I tried to cancel it just said it is non refundable even though the hotel itself said there rooms are refundable.The worse thing is they made it look like I was booking direct with the hotel.Complete rip off, do not use this website to book, as others say massive booking fees which are not even mentioned until it's too late.

Bought an MG 4 from Thomas at the MK

Bought an MG 4 from Thomas at the MK branch .Very helpful and knowledgeable. I changed my mind on what car I wanted after the test drive in both cars .Hence MG 4 not MG 3.There was a problem with some of the paperwork but this was quickly sorted after a couple of phone conversations.I have only had the car for 1 day so I can’t comment on either the car or the after sales service.So far so good

Online booking error

Made a booking online and received an error, tried to book again and noticed I had been charged twice.Contacted customer services and received a response from Naomi who resolved the issue straight away and refunded the '???double'?? booking. Very helpful and efficient service.

Please please please could someone sort.

Please please please could someone sort this out for me. In November 2024 I ordered Sofas, beds, tables which were all late, however I've now got a majority of my order however there is still one item missing since November 2024 (now may 2025) I have rang the store in Tunbridge Wells 4 times every time someone promises to call me back as of 10th May 2025 no one has rung me back, not once have I received a call back. I am writing this review in desperation with the hope that somebody senior will see this and feel sorry for me and sort the final part of my order out. The order number is 0404B3377 placed on 21st Nov 2024
