Norman made our entire experience beyond what we would've ever thought it might be. Travelzoo redirected us to Travelodeal, which...in and of itself, felt a little iffy...but we hung in there, for the entire process, and so thankful we did. Initially we chatted LIVE w/Norman. He was incredibly thorough & quick to reply in plain chat that was easily understandable. At our last chat, in which we indicated that we'd have to think more on it, he phoned directly. That's when things began to move effortlessly, with all of our requirements being met, PLUS $100 SAVINGS for each of our per person cost! Will be our very first time traveling outside the U.S., and couldn't be any more delighted!!!!If given the opportunity again, we have placed Norman's contact information in our contacts list and would soooo welcome his expertise/knowledge/enthusiasm to use him again as our personal Travel Agent, if that's even possible??
I bought a mystery holiday through Wowcher in November 2024 and the holiday company that was used for the holiday was Travelodeal. From first contact with them I was very impressed. Efficient and friendly. Sunny was the agent that I was in contact with by phone and email and he was lovely, made sure everything was correct and even managed to get me an upgrade. He went above and beyond what he was required to do. Had a fantastic holiday. Everything was what I expected.
Travelodeal were fantastic, made our booking to tailor our needs on our Berlin city break. Very polite, helpful and informative young man Terry dealt with our booking and the lovely Shane did the follow up call to ensure I had received all documents and vouchers and informed of ways to contact him directly if I had any problems or concerns while away. Overall a very pleasant company to deal with ??
