Pity I can't mark Halfords with a minus 5. So here is what has happened. I bought a Kenwood Radio and Reversing camera from the Dunstable White Lion branch. I then booked in a pre - inspection appointment only to get an email a couple of days latter to say that they have cancelled as they don't have the staff who can carry out the Pre - inspection. I then contacted the online chat to try and find out a solution - FYI they are useless as they give you a run around and they fobb you off. Then I called the contact centre they then they would try and find a store that can carry out the Pre -inspection. I had to call back a couple of days later I had to chase up eventual told the Store in Milton Keynes MK13 8PU could help. No date given no time given. So I went to the Dunstable Branch collected the Radio and the reversing camera and then drove the 23 miles to the Milton Keynes store. I was then told to speak to a young chap Kevin / Keith. He told me he could see me on Saturday 20/09 at 9am. He also told me to return the Radio and the revering camera and they would supply me one from the store. Mind you I have had to take a days leave to do all this running around. I drove back to Dunstable and handed back the Radio and the Camera for a refund. Note I am still waiting for the refund. I get home after doing over 50 miles worth of driving. Only to get an email stating the pre inspection appointment is booked for the 4/10. No contact number for the Milton Keynes store. So this morning I logged onto your website and reach out to your online chat - What a joke - They as about useful a chocolate Tea pot and that's been kin. Do yourselves a favor save the money get rid of them. I get the feeling there is not much Customer care in the Halfords organisation. I have reach the point where I am seriously considering marking Halfords as a bunch of clowns and going to another organistation to get them to supply and fit the radio and the reversing camera. Halfords you have managed to loose thousand plus worth of business and give it to someone else. Just know if I could mark you down for a Minus 5 I would.

I run a small IT consultancy business and carefully selected SiteGround as my partner for domains, and webhost. However, recently I contacted support because I was charged twice, '? ?17.99 for a domain transfer and then '? ?17.99 for its renewal. Support chat confirms that if you transfer your domain to them within 10 days of its expiry, it will extend the renewal by 12 months. (nowhere does it state this). However, due to my own efficiencies, I transferred the domain within its expiry notice period (but greater than 10 days) which triggered them to take '? ?17.99 for the transfer then ask for a further '? ?17.99 for renewal. When I asked him to see if there was anything he could do to rid me of this charge as I have around 20 domains to transfer over, he ignored the question said he will 'feedback' then closed the chat.This is not how you do business and now I am looking for another partner to host these domains and associated webhosting and move the lot away from them.
