Don't use these cowboys; we booked a 2 week holiday to Egypt, which included a Nile cruise and Hurghada hotel stay.Just before the cruise left Luxor, we were told by management to pack our bags and get off the boat as the cruise had not been paid for and to continue we had to pay $630 US Dollars......On arrival at the Hotel, we were confronted with the same message and had to pay another $600 US Dollars to complete our holiday.Attempts to obtain a refund has been met with false promises, excuses and downright LIES. If you feel the urge to book a holiday with this cowboy outfit, please make sure you have a credit card with a decent limit on you.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED......My response to your comments........Well, at least my post above has caused a response from you.Firstly, you have no concept of how 'upsetting the situation must have been', as my partner wanted to just fly home, and was distraught at being told to leave the boat in the dining room in front of all the other passengers.Regarding your local supplier in Egypt (HVEZDA TRAVEL - have you seen their reviews on Tripadvisor? If it wasn't so real it would be comical - and I bet you are still using them!). Yes we have had promises from them regarding the refund and have yet to see a single penny!Finally, the charge-back request was made to my bank after you had been given ample time to resolve this, as a bank transfer takes only seconds to complete, but you must have the will and desire to facilitate this action!
