Be aware of additional charges, Rony very helpful

We had to pay an extra amount to fly from a non London airprt which we did not expect. Spoke with Rony, he was very helpful and understanding with our multiple choices and questions. We would use again

Failure to acknowledge their own scam

Failure to acknowledge their own scam. Continue to ignore and blatantly dismiss any communication. However today ironically yet again another error from them. GDPR breach for disclosing our personal information after receiving a call from someone we know requesting additional information. Now do the right thing, cancel the holiday, refund us our money otherwise we will be taking further legal advice for the breach or personal information today and the complete false advertisement and misleading of products.
