Our agent had patience to work with us through multiple scenarios until we found what was right for us. Be prepared to take some time in order to get through the process. My suggestion for the agent is to tell us in advance what information will come by email later so we don't have to write it down and to speak more slowly but otherwise he was very good.
We had Terry help us out with booking our mystery holiday and it was the easiest experience. He was very patient and helpful and he helped us out with better deals to get the most out of our holiday. He really made our experience stress free and very rewarding. Thank you Terry! Would 100% recommend!
Terrible experience. Booked the Wowcher family beach holiday deal for 4. Was offered a 2 day city break in term time. Was then told due to my ‘inflexibility’ that I had to pay an additional ?129 per person to change this to school holidays and a beach destination.Apparently speaking with the agent means the deal was redeemed and so they won’t offer me a refund. Very pushy to upsell and make you commit there and then on the phone. Not a good experience at all. Currently paid for a trip and have nowhere to go unless I pay another ?500! Very poor all round.
