Review Time
If I could give zero stars for Travelodeal I would. Appalling booking experience (following purchase of mystery holiday voucher through Wowcher) including difficulties contacting my allocated advisor and pushy conversations during which I was not listened to. Having confirmed to customer services of both Wowcher and Travelodeal that I wish for a refund I have had 10 days of the run around and no acknowledgement of my actual request. During this time I have received so many calls from Travelodeal asking me to call back to confirm my booking that it is now bordering on harassment. Responses to follow up emails to these calls reiterating the situation go unacknowledged but the calls continue. I see other reviewers have apparently had a wonderful experience but I would not go anywhere near this company again.
Roger was super professional and a nice guy overall. He made my family and I feel safe and secure in our decisions, always letting us modify our booking as needed, explore other options for hotels/flights, etc. This was a last minute trip but Roger made us feel confident in the decisions we were making.
