Gary was an excellent help with booking my Wowcher holiday. He was easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. He ran through and assured me of any queries I did have and was able to make the holiday more suitable to me and everything was easily accessible.
The professionalism and courteous attitude of the staff on the phone. Charlie was super helpful in finding the right deal and was able to get me added onto the same flights, hotel, and tour that the other part of my group had already booked previously.
The whole experience was good. The flight with easyJet great, comfortable plane and on time no delays.The transfer arrangements were very good too. The company WhatsApp messaged me with arrival times and where to meet. We had a car to ourselves it was a 50 mins drive to the hotel.Arrived at the hotel midnight....the check in was easy, someone carried out suitcases for us and the room was lovely, even a couple of wraps, sandwiches and water ready for us if we needed it.The next day....view from the room great sea view we had booked this. I want to say the hotel is immaculate, in every way. All the staff take such great pride in the place, it's probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in.The food was good, a bit repetitive but you expect that with all inclusive. The drinks were a good quality.Maybe you need to hire a car as not too much to do locally. The beach was a short mini bus drive away, the hotel put this on free and the guy was great, came back for us on a second run but the beach is quite stony no shade, but nice bar down there.....just the town down the road a short walk away with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops.Would go again ...but there are many different places to explore, unless there was a special offer on ??
