We booked the Wowcher Mystery Christmas Market trip for December this year. At first we were not impressed with the deal, the booking process was rushed and the accommodation we were booked into was not really fit for purpose (poor quality and far from the centre).Having then made a complaint to Travelodeal we were very pleased with how the matter was dealt with. They apologised for the service we received with our booking and offered to change our accommodation. They offered their own suggestions which were much better in quality and central to Porto; much more appealing and appropriate for a short break. We had already spotted a hotel that we liked and suggested this to them and they were able to book this for us at no extra cost. Thank you Travelodeal and a particular thank you to Sophie who dealt with the matter very well.
Dexter was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had requested several changes from my initial request and he gladly made them for me without making me feel bad while reassuring me that this was his job and he wanted to make my vacation a great one. He was fantastic!
