We booked the Wowcher Mystery Christmas Market trip for December this year. At first we were not impressed with the deal, the booking process was rushed and the accommodation we were booked into was not really fit for purpose (poor quality and far from the centre).Having then made a complaint to Travelodeal we were very pleased with how the matter was dealt with. They apologised for the service we received with our booking and offered to change our accommodation. They offered their own suggestions which were much better in quality and central to Porto; much more appealing and appropriate for a short break. We had already spotted a hotel that we liked and suggested this to them and they were able to book this for us at no extra cost.
