Good people, good analysis, good reviews. My only concern is that SIteLock seemed not to alert me to a few problems during the past few weeks and that some new software was added to SiteLock, but I was not reminded to start up these improvements.

Don t use this service, assistance is really bad and they don t solve the problem also if you buy 911 and extended plan.

Sitelock plan are affordable and smart…

Sitelock plan are affordable and smart malware scanner is amazing. But there is a problem with support.All other things are great... I am enjoying and I hope sitelock never despair me

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SITE LOCK

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SITE LOCK! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY REFUSE TO REFUND!!!!! Tried to cancel 2 months ago, their customer service hours are 8-5 M-F, and if you have a hectic schedule that does not coincide with their schedule you can't reach them. They said they emailed to confirm cancellations NEVER received the email. Then they charged me for a service I NO LONGER WANTED even after emailing them to cancel and changing my account settings to CANCEL. I called 2 times only to be told the "Billing Dept was closed". Called on my lunch hour only to find out they automatically charged me and refuse to refund!! Very poor company policies and poor customer service hours!!!!! I would give them 0 stars
