DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SITE LOCK! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY REFUSE TO REFUND!!!!! Tried to cancel 2 months ago, their customer service hours are 8-5 M-F, and if you have a hectic schedule that does not coincide with their schedule you can't reach them. They said they emailed to confirm cancellations NEVER received the email. Then they charged me for a service I NO LONGER WANTED even after emailing them to cancel and changing my account settings to CANCEL. I called 2 times only to be told the "Billing Dept was closed". Called on my lunch hour only to find out they automatically charged me and refuse to refund!! Very poor company policies and poor customer service hours!!!!! I would give them 0 stars
