Paid nearly '? ?500 deposit for a cruise, which was then cancelled by the cruise company on 21st August, and I STILL haven't had a refund!

We have previously used Seascanner to book cruises, unfortunately, this time we had to cancel. Dealt with Liz, who was friendly, helpful, and cancelled this for us with no fuss or hassle. Top marks. The mark of a business is when things don't go as expected, and Liz really left us with the impression that we were still valuable customers.Will definitely use again.

This is a great company, just booked my second Cruise with them and they are brilliant, excellent value for money, very easy Website to navigate and super simple to book. Customer service is excellent and sort out any minor issues ( caused by me not the website) very very quickly. Naomi was particularly great 5'? ?'? ? service.

Great company to book through

Booked a couple of holidays through Seascanner and never had bad service. Love the website as very easy to use and book through. Also have the best pricing but if you'???re on Facebook you can also usually save a bit more if you belong to the Hollydealsatsea group! Holly is a fab lady that posts some good deals or will try to get you the best price.I got a discount code off her yesterday for Seascanner, booked online 3 cabins on MSC. I completed the Seascanner contact form asking for all 3 cabins to be linked in the early hours. Auto response said within 3 days they'???d respond, well first thing that same morning had an email from Liz saying these had all been linked! What service. Highly recommend this company.

I received the best news this year from Shannon of seascanner customer support for a Carbin upgrade which i never thought she will contact me when one becomes available. What a prompt and very efficient service from her. Really, looking forward for my suite carbin costa cruise experience

Website was easy to use finding the

Website was easy to use finding the right cruise.When booking the cruise, filling in the forms was straightforward, however when it came to payment after filling in the account details and doing the bank check, I was returned to the start of payment page. Not sure if it's a problem with seascanner or the bank. It was eventually successful after about 3 or 4 attempts

Great prices and good customer service

Great prices and good customer service. However it is limited to booking one cabin, so if you want multiple cabins you have to make multiple bookings, which is annoying.
