I was having problems booking online (I think this was due to the MSC site rather than Seascanner. I opened the LiveChat expecting to speak to a robot (as they normally are) but was helped in my query by Naomi (a live agent) who solved my issue and got me booked on my cruise..!Well done Naomi and Seascanner..!
