I can'???t fault Sea Scanner'???s customer services so felt I should give a review. Firstly, my initial email was responded to within 24 hours. My issue wasn'???t simple but what was great was I communicated with the same person each time so I wasn'???t having to retell my story. I first had Joanne then Liz when Joanne went on leave. Both have been absolutely amazing! My issue ended up not being easy to resolve but they were continuously helpful and patient, especially as I had many questions. Email correspondence between us was answered within a few hours which was great especially as I was starting to feel anxious about what was happening. Their emails were also human, not robotic, making me feel they really cared and I was an important and valued customer. We didn'???t quite get the initial outcome we thought but Joanne and Liz went above and beyond to get us the best outcome, and for that we are very grateful. Thank you Joanne and Liz, you are both true stars!!
