Review Time
We booked a Cruise for 5 May, 2025 in December 2024. We were looking forward to it, but unfortunately, among the three cabins, one couldn't make it. We tried cancelling it, they advised us to go with the insurance with a claim, and provided no further help.We saw our cabin sold to someone else, Double money for MSC or Seascanner, and a big loss for us.No phone number to call also makes me frustrated.Next time, I will book directly.
we had some issues to resolve after booking and we were taken care of by Shannon, she did a fantastic job and adjusted our booking to accommodate our needs, went the whole mile and it was very much appreciated. Great personal service felt like walking in to your local travel agent on the high street '????
Second time I have used these guys and like the first time I had a problem and they sorted it out within 3 hours. Only problem I had was that I wanted to fly from Bristol but the airport kept reverting to London that led to my subsequent error. So perhaps a review of their customer journey IT is needed but that aside the people there are excellent when/if you mess up
Shannon, customer support at Seascanner was amazing, thank you!Sadly I'???ve had to cancel my cruise due to being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, but I hope to fight it & will book with Seascanner again & recommend because how fantastic Shannon'???s customer service was, she went above & beyond, she'???s a huge asset to the Seascanner team. Shannon was sympathetic, clear, thorough, patient, flexible, paid attention to detail and clarified all the information I required. I appreciate all she has done to help me come to the right decision at this time but I will book via Seascanner next time due to her excellent customer service.Thank you & best wishes
