We found the website very easy to use and made our booking without any hassle.We asked Angelina if she could help with parking at the port, she gave us the information we needed and even emailed back with a promotion code to get a discount on the parking.Very pleased with the whole experience.
It was a very clear booking process and a simple site to use. Overall, it was good and as it should have been. But, I've allocated three stars because the discount code all over the website hadn't been tested and didn't work until I raised it via the chat and there was no way of specifying whether I wanted twin or double bed configuration (and I needed to contact P&O to do that)
This is our first cruise, and having booked our cabin without really looking into it, we decided to upgrade, we were delt with and supported by Naomi who represents our booking agent, Naomi was excellent in every aspect to our request with excellent response to our emails, with contacting P&O on our behalf to smoothly transition our upgrade. The information provided by Naomi was easy to understand and follow which from first communication email to successful upgrade took less than a day.Thank you Naomi Gail Rossi
