Great customer service - such a breath of fresh air!

Joanne was simply amazing in helping us upgrade our cruise via the online chat. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We got the upgrade we wanted and I'm very pleased to recommend.So nice to get good customer service - many companies really don't offer this.
