Review Time
We haven't had the holiday yet but it seems to be a good value one with a great itinerary. Who was resposible for the ticketing between Seascanner and MSC was confusing and we hadn't been sent them by anyone three days before the cruise, but Seascanner sorted it out efficiently when I contacted them.
A massive 10 out of 10 from me. I had been having big issues with my P&O loyalty number and had spent hours (and I mean hours!) on the phone to P&O trying to get someone to assist me. I was even told at one stage I may be prevented boarding. They were dreadful (P&O). I was at the stage of trying the CEO as all routes were failing. I then dropped Seascanner an email to see if they had any idea. Later that day I had a message back from Erin. She was fantastic! She offered to help me resolve the matter with P&O, kept me in the loop, and within 24 hours she had fixed the entire problem for me!An asset to the team, friendly, polite and super efficient. I would still be worrying and struggling without her. Thank you so much.
Very happy with the level of customer service with my booking and updates I needed to make. Liz was super responsive to a change due to a keying error on my part and it put my mind at rest when the update was made swiftly and promptly. Thank you again for an extremely great service it is what sets you apart from others!
It's been a while since we booked so it's hard to remember, maybe in future you should send these surveys sooner!From what I remember the process was fairly straight forward and the price was the attraction.
