Great service at Seascanner, I needed to request early disembarkation for my daughter and husband for a cruise we are going on in May/June. This was request was dealt with swiftly and politely, with a positive result. Thanks to Naomi specifically in customer services.
I booked the cruise I wanted a month ago with Seascanner. At the time I asked about a cruise credit I could use against the cost. They advised just to book and they would get the money off the cruise company. Despite 4 emails over the past month, all I hear is it is on its way with no other explanation of why the delay.
This is our second time booking a cruise with Seascanner. The company offers lower prices than booking direct with a cruise company or using other travel agents. The booking site is easy to to use and the customer service team have helped us with any questions we had.
This site is good to check and compare cruise deals. You get some really good deals that don'???t seem to be available anywhere else. But we had to check some details as it said it was a king size bed when we booked and then we checked our order confirmation, it said it was a queen size bed. After lots of discussions between Seascanner and the ferry operator, it was resolved.
They took a long time to reply initially and I had to reach out to their partner company for help but since I'???ve had a response they have been very helpful, efficient and timely. All my queries have been handled and Shannon who was dealing with my emails was very pleasant and informative.
