Booked a last minute cruise to take my son away during the Easter holidays. Couldn't book it myself online at the advertised price due to a technical issue (system was trying to book 2 people into a solo cabin) so went onto webchat where Mitch was extremely helpful to get it booked. However the advertised promotions for that particular cruise were misleading and I was falsely led to believe that a further discount was available on this cruise but it was not applied. Not Mitch's fault, he did check when I asked but do feel the website shouldn't show a false promotion that reeled me in but didn't deliver on its promise. It read: '2 Promotions: Ends 31/03: Enter SPRING25 at checkout to save an extra '? ?25 off your booking!, Ends 02/04: 30% off 2nd guests & 15% off solo travellers!' and was only displayed on certain cruises, my chosen cruise being one of them, but the 30% off never materialised and the link to the terms and conditions was broken too... Whatever, I still got a fair price and Seascanner followed through on their promotional '? ?25 off so it all helps in these times, and we're looking forward to our holiday.
Made a booking on Sunday for the fjords and after I got confirmation through realised I hadn't selected the correct fare '?? ? ?'?? ?'??'???'? ? Ambassador have a half price drinks package which was the reason I booked the cruise. Got in touch through the online form straight away and received a call from Mitch today. What a star! All amended and now I can look forward to sailing in Sept 26. Wonderful service! Will definitely use Seascanner again. Thank you
I booked our next cruise online with Seascanner based purely on price. We'???ve cruised before so I knew what we wanted and which options to select, if I'???d needed more help with choices I would probably have gone to a more face to face option.The booking and payment process was very efficient, I had my cruise booking number with 24hrs and could see my cruise in the cruise line App.
