Very easy to book cruise. Online my trip very easy to navigate and make payments. Very difficult to contact seascanner. Online chat does not work unless you want to book a new cruise. Hold time to speak to an agent if usually upwards of 30 minutes however agents are always very pleasant when you can reach them. Great cruise deals to be had if you aren'???t fussy about easy contact to your agent. Had no real issues with the company however would not use again and would always book through an agent I can call/email with quick response due to spending large amounts on holidays.
I used the live chat to enquire about booking a last minute P&O cruise for the Norwegian Fjords.
