I wanted to book 2 cabins on a coming

I wanted to book 2 cabins on a coming cruise this summer. Joanne who i had the pleasure to speak to in the chat helped me and went beyond. She took the time to answer all of my questions. This took 1h15 in total in which she was always kind in taking the time to answer everything. She even applied the special promo discount for both cabins. Finally made the booking at the end. Thank you again for the superb service Joanne. I will book again for sure

Good service

I have booked s number of cruises from Seascanner UK. They offer very good value for money and are very helpful when needed. I emailed them yesterday regarding applying some onboard spending money from a cancelled cruise by P&O to a new booking with them. Liz from the support team was very quick to get back to me for some details and was very helpful to try to sort this out for me. I am very happy with the service received. Although this is still an ongoing process, I am sure it will be completed soon. Thanks Liz. Linhua

Gave me a competitive cruise price and good service.

Very pleased with the speed of booking, the price I was charged. A query I had was also dealt with within a day or two. I was happy with this.

Unfortunately I made a mistake when booking online. I searched for a contact number straight away but Seascanner don'???t have any contact numbers. Instead I had to submit a contact email for them to contact me back.
