Cruise we were looking at on MSC had 10% plus an extra '? ?30 off this weekend. Had an issue booking on the website so ended up going through the web chat. Mitch was super helpful, sorted out my booking and sent me the links for payment then added another booking for my son.

trust pilot review: We booked three balcony cabins on Arvia departing Southampton on 11 May 2025 with Seascanner.co.uk. We were in fact attracted by the shipping agent's promotipn offer of on board credit upto 240 pounds per person and discount 25 pounds per booking. However, the booking confirmations we received subsequently did not show the expected credit. Seascanner.co.uk explained that the offer was only applicable to Select Fare but not to our booking under Saver Fare. The advertisement was misleading as the condition was not explicitly shown there. It should indicate that we are not qualified to have on board credit.In addition, we are 3 couple to join this cruise. We paid first when proceeding the payment the summary hasn'???t indicated the field of voucher code and finally the payment finished and haven'???t '? ?25 discount per booking . When proceeding 2nd couple'???s payment, the final summary still haven'???t indicated the voucher code field. At the last stage, payment proceeded final was found at the very very bottom when we scrolled down at last and found it. Lastly, we proceeded the 3rd couple'???s payment and cannot find the discount code field again that made me very frustrated. We have to do the registration again and continued to the payment again . And finally the voucher discount code appeared but not at the bottom this time. It randomly appeared somewhere corner if we were not paid more attention, we cannot find it. The field is not on the fixed column and changed every time.
