Got cataract surgery yesterday at the Belfast branch and every single member of staff were above and beyond incredible! This was the first time I've ever needed to have any sort of surgery so my trepidation was high but put at ease by the lovely staff and surgeons! Honestly the surgery I was so nervous about was a complete breeze and took very little time at all. I've had zero pain or issues, in fact my eye is healing really well. I'm going to go here from now on for my eye tests! I cannot believe that nearly two years of zero sight is now back to normal. I'm extremely grateful. Thank you's all so so much '?Ÿ™ ?'?Ÿ˜ ?

Janice Stobbart and the team at Newcastle optical Express were fantastic. I went for laser eye surgery and the process and organisation was brilliant. I now have better than 20/20 vision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Once again I am over the moon with service and outcome of my sight.

Reception Staff, friendly and heloful as good as could have been expected. Treatment Staff: friendly, welcoming, efficient exolained things as they went along overall exceprional. Treatment absolutely outstanding, within 24 hours my eyessight had acgieved better than 20/20vision and expected to improve yet further. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of every member staff that I had dealungs with and would recommend Optical Express without reservatuon.

I arrived for my appointment on time today at 10.55am and am still waiting to be seen 35 minutes later - if the appointments are running so late then surely a phone call would help customers.Absolutely no information given during my wait.I've been coming to Optical Express since the company took over the service I used in the early 90s and I feel like changing.

From the initial consultation through to the check up, the service was highly professional and flawless.All the staff were so reassuring, friendly comforting and made what is quite major surgery seem so simple.The procedure was painless, a little uncomfortable knowing what was going on but the surgeon and all staff were excellent.Reception staff through to the surgeon. These guys are a class above the rest and whilst it is not the cheapest thing to do, I can 100% say, hand on heart it has changed my life and I am currently only 24 hours after surgery so vision is still improving.

The Gyle shop in Edinburgh ,I went in with full trust of this company thinking they had my eye care. I walked out a ?450 poorer and a prescription for varifocals that are worse than my old glasses.
