I arrived for my appointment on time today at 10.55am and am still waiting to be seen 35 minutes later - if the appointments are running so late then surely a phone call would help customers.Absolutely no information given during my wait.I've been coming to Optical Express since the company took over the service I used in the early 90s and I feel like changing.
