Fijn parkeerplaats gereserveerd op PARQUE VISCONDE DO RAIO Public Car Park met bookingsnr.: 4105027 in Braga Portugal.Bij aankomst zoals omschreven in bevestiging contact gezocht met beheerder geen gehoord bij meldpaal en niemand op kantoor.Dan maar kaartje getrokken met bilhete #:01020025054.Bij terugkomst wederom contact gezocht met beheerder weer geen gehoord of iemand op kantoor.Dan maar het getrokken kaartje a 4 euro betaald.Dit nu aangegeven aan Onepark krijg je te horen omdat ik geen bewijs heb dat ik 4 euro heb betaald krijg ik niet mijn van tevoren betaalde 16,50 euro terug.Erg jammer dat er op deze manier men ons klanten wordt omgegaan.
Te inducen a una reserva que no deseas, de un parking con tel'?fono inexistente, sin posibilidad de anular, y te lo cobran inmediatamente. Otros parkings ajenos a Onepark, te cobran la reserva si al final realizas el aparcamiento. En reclamaciones, teleoperadora. Te molestas en escribirles y ni te contestan10.8.23Qu'? respuesta dan. Lo saben de sobra puesto que ya antes les escrib'? a Vds y ni han respondido.Devu'?lvanme el dinero sustra'?do es lo que tienen que hacer. Yo, ya borrado de su suscripci'?n.
Reservation sur le site onepark : prestataires topvoiturier orly pas fiable . j'ai du prendre un taxi ' mes frais pour rentrer chez moi car le voiturier '?tait injoignable pendant plus d'une 1h (23h ' minuit) et n'a pas cherch'? ' me joindre non plus malgr'? ma date et horaire de retour connu. J'ai du aller chercher ma voiture sur place le lendemain car personne n''?tait disponible pour me la ramener sur St cloud. De plus le mail inscrit sur la carte de visite est non valide. Je remercie le service client Onepark qui a contact'? le prestataire pour appuyer ma demande en remboursement des frais de taxi.
I've read some of the other reviews but have to say my recent experience with Onepark was 100% positive.Easy to use the website and make the booking at Bordeaux airport. I booked and paid to park at the Novotel at Merignac for 13 days. Loads of spaces available. The big plus for me was that they said the bus to the airport was 1 minute away - and it was - Ligne 1 just across the road. So was at the airport in 5 minutes and the same coming back. Way cheaper than P4 at the airport and without the long walk to get the navette. I found the communication with Onepark excellent and my car was as I left it. I understand that other experiences may be different but, I found them to be professional and efficient and would use again and recommend.
NIE WIEDER !!!Habe bei Onepark f'?r ein paar Tage einen Parkplatz gebucht. Als ich zur'?ck kam war mein Auto erheblich besch'?digt. Die sofort gerufene Polizei sagte, dass zwar Fahrerflucht vorliegt, aber bei nicht '?ffentlichen Parkpl'?tzen ( wie hier von Onepark) ist es keine Straftat. Wenn ich das Auto auf der Strasse geparkt h'?tte, w'?re es Fahrerflucht gewesen. Onepark hat auch keine '?berwachungskameras, sodass hier der Verursacher nicht ermittelt werden kann. Wenn ich das Auto einfach auf der Stra'?e geparkt h'?ttem w'?re es besser gewesen.Onepark '?bernimmt keinerlei Haftung!!!
Used it in Spain/Valencia, went there for a month and got a monthly subscription. After leaving, I saw they got my money for another month, claiming that is automatically extending unless I stop it. Then they refused to reimburse the money they got for nothing, hiding under their terms and conditions when it was clear there was a mistake and that I have paid for a service I did not use. Shameful !
R'?servation facile et paiement sur le site OK. Arriv'? sur place, impossible de trouver le parking, le lien GPS envoy'? nous localise au milieu d'une rue sans parking ' proximit'?. Demand'annulation impossible et idem pour le remboursement. Du stress au deoart pour trouver un autre parking libre, de l'argent "vol'?", et du temps perdu ' essayer de se faire rembourser. Inadmissible, non commer'?ant, du vol pur et simple
Prix en hausse de mani'?re inconsid'?r'?, service client qui ne r'?ponds 48 heures apr'?s un message laiss'? via leur plateforme. Je passe ' la concurrence, en 2022 ce n'est plus admissible. Clients de cette soci'?t'?, croisez les doigts pour qu'il ne vous arrive rien sinon c'est l'enfer///
