After five emails asking what has happened to my order and getting no response at all from Fitstraps I have issued proceedings to recover the cost of the purchase and the cost of the court fee.
I ordered a Christmas present for my mother over a week ago. The courier still hasn'???t even received the parcel yet and this company'???s customer service team could not care less to address my concerns or meet my needs. Avoid this company at all costs! I will most certainly be shopping elsewhere next time I'???m looking for a new band.
I received my fitbit versa 2 '? ?watch band promptly and the product quality looked ok.However I had great difficulty trying to attach the new wrist band. I took it to a watch repair outlet and they also couldn't fit it. The metal band is not flexible enough to be attached its such a tight fit. Unfortunately nobody could attach it.So lm left with a band I can't use. I ended up putting the old one back on.I would love my money back as this product doesn't fit and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same as I did.Not a happy customer. I did receive a full refund thankyou Andy much appreciated.
