A good choice of straps available. I ordered four different colours and they are all excellent and consistent quality. I did receive an incorrect colour strap in my order but I made contact and they went above and beyond to rectify the error and to get the correct strap sent out to me quickly. I would not hesitate to use fitstrap again.
I've been waiting to get the CORRECT strap for more than a month, amongst countless emails between me and Andy at Customer Service, and even though I received a new order, not only was the wrong strap sent again, I also received another batch of the one they did send correctly the first time! No explanation as why they can't send the right one even though I have sent photos and screenshots of what they promised to deliver as opposed to what they actually delivered. Now Andy has gone stone quiet after offering to refund me if I return all wrong straps back to him! Well, considering my dealings with this company, I'm not stupid to be spending money to return something THEY did wrong BEFORE I am refunded! It's all a shame because the actual straps seem good and otherwise I would order others, but never again, and I can only discourage everyone from ordering too. I now wonder if the good reviews were actually fake, paid ones.
The watch strap is attractive and comfortable to wear. I ordered the large size as the small was out of stock and it is fine on the tightest hole. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Definitely impressed and would choose this company again
