I've been waiting to get the CORRECT strap for more than a month, amongst countless emails between me and Andy at Customer Service, and even though I received a new order, not only was the wrong strap sent again, I also received another batch of the one they did send correctly the first time! No explanation as why they can't send the right one even though I have sent photos and screenshots of what they promised to deliver as opposed to what they actually delivered. Now Andy has gone stone quiet after offering to refund me if I return all wrong straps back to him! Well, considering my dealings with this company, I'm not stupid to be spending money to return something THEY did wrong BEFORE I am refunded! It's all a shame because the actual straps seem good and otherwise I would order others, but never again, and I can only discourage everyone from ordering too. I now wonder if the good reviews were actually fake, paid ones.
