The straps are very stiff

The straps are very stiff compared to previous ones I'???ve had. Had for 2 weeks now and no change in the flexibility so not as comfy to wear as previous straps. Bought the standard ones and the leather ones. Like the colours of both

Size of straps sent not as advertised

Size of straps sent not as advertised. Very small and would I think only fit a child. This same situation happened a few years ago when I last tried to purchase from this company. Had to return last time and pay for postage to get a refund. Not worth the effort. Will not try to purchase from them again.

No delivery

I order a product on 1st April. I have not yet got it (30th April) . I have sent emails twice chasing delivery two weeks ago but have had no response. All I want is my money back but no one at the company will talk to me. Are they a real company?
