Delivered package to incorrect address…

Delivered package to incorrect address and no way to track! Thanks Evri. Now have to contact seller to try either get a replacement or refund. Why anybody uses Evri as a delivery company is beyond me?

Disgusting company

Had to order 4 of the same item before 1 arrived. Lost/stolen 3 of them (Ninja Woodfire Grill Xl).No customer service at all!!Just had a text message asking if first parcel had turned up yet, had to reply 1 for yes or 2 for no. Replied 2 for no and its a chargeable text message!!! Disgusting company
