Had to order 4 of the same item before 1 arrived. Lost/stolen 3 of them (Ninja Woodfire Grill Xl).No customer service at all!!Just had a text message asking if first parcel had turned up yet, had to reply 1 for yes or 2 for no. Replied 2 for no and its a chargeable text message!!! Disgusting company
