Review Time
The Evri driver left my parcel in a totally wrong location, and when I tried to report this, Evri could care less. Thankfully my neighbour who found my parcel left in his garden, dropped my parcel off. I reported this, telling Evri my parcel was dropped by neighbour but that i wasn't happy this occurred. I got an email the next day saying, "we left parcel at correct location but we are sorry you did not this"??????? So basically calling me a liar. Then went on to say your parcel is lost and we will let the sender know. I then again, reiterated the parcel is not lost, you left it with my neighbour instead of coming to my house, but did Evri listen? Nope! Absolutely rubbish customer service, delivery and attitude.
