Review Time
The Parcel that was delivered on Saturday Evening was not left at my door!! It was just left at the entrance on the bottom floor So anyone Could have Taken it!! A visitor from the 2nd floor rang my neighbour to enquire if it was my Parcel so he bought it up.A few times previously the parcels were just thrown outside the building and one belonging to a gentleman on floor 1 .
A man dumped my parcels by my gate he didn’t even open the gate.He didn’t knock my door. He didn’t ring my doorbell either ?? he dumped them and walked off. Anyone could have stolen my parcels. The only reason I new they arrived was when I looked at my camera ??
Evri tracker states my parcel is being returned, no reason given. Call back requested 3 days,ago, no response. Chat bot just tells me call back if I need more help, but doesn't actually help.The email response said my package was delayed but being delivered, not what their tracker said. Shockingly awful customer service and no way to speak to a human to sort out their mess. Please don't reply with the standard canned response saying all parcels are impirtant to you and for me to call in or use chat bot. Neither work as there are no options to speak to a human to resolve the issue!
At the weekend my parcels just get put out side in the street I've lost alot off parcel at the weekend I've even asked the delivery driver to bring them to my door not leave them outside the blockAnymore ill be ringing where I order from and tell them how poor your weekend delivery is Mr t b stanton 20 royal west kent avenue Tn104nx
