I had a parcel delivered today that should have had three items in it. When I noticed the bag had been torn open. I noticed my hair straightness was gone ?? I’m fuming over this because I ordered these to take on holiday with me and now I’m not gonna get another pair in time. Tell your delivery drivers to stop stealing peoples stuff.
You keep telling me to review you. Well here it is. Old delivery guy was kind, thoughtful and really tried to do the job well, but you wouldn’t support him in his hour of need, so he had no option but too leave!Now we have someone that apparently cards a completely incorrect address, and just dumps stuff, without ringing bell, in plain sight of pavement. You don’t allow a personal ‘safe place’ so it’s just left.Also love the generic response. You don’t care about people or parcels
