Review Time
This is 3rd time I have had problems with Evri. First 2 were delivered to my neighbour. Yesterday's delivery was left outside my door. I just checked my email and saw the photo. I dont understand why they simply can't deliver to my address and knock on my door like all other delivery drivers...makes no sense as I was home...??
The order was a gift for someone so i paid a premium to get it shipped in time for the birthday. I received an email on Thursday to say parcel out for delivery and that never happened. On Friday i contacted you via your website as the parcel was still 'out for delivery', the order didn't get delivered Friday and i never heard anything back regarding this. On Saturday, the status of the parcel changed to 'we got your parcel' Then the parcel was delivered on Friday even though the parcel status hadn't updated.
