Great service but still left with the issue of my smart meter not sending a signal to my monitor Apparently if British Gas can read the meter everything’s okI can’t read the meter from my “smart” monitor and have no idea what my bills and budget will be
Annual service visit, checked boiler, hob and radiators. Advised that two replacement parts were needed, gave full explanation. The visit was a good experience, plenty of advance warning, prompt arrival. Engineer did excellent job, polite and thorough, left place tidy.
