The agent who signed me up to British Gas was very professional.I cannot say anything about British Gas. I am s new customer.

No Refund

I left British Gas in mid May 2025I have phoned time and time again about the ?900 in my account and been promised every time it would be sorted in 7 daysthen nothing comes from the promises I will be contacting Ofgem

Great service but still left with the

Great service but still left with the issue of my smart meter not sending a signal to my monitor Apparently if British Gas can read the meter everything’s okI can’t read the meter from my “smart” monitor and have no idea what my bills and budget will be

Excellent engineers, very professional.

The engineers who visited my home were polite and efficient whilst keeping me well informed about the work they were doing to replace my old meters gas and electric meters with new smart meters

Appointment made online quick and easy then engineer called 15 minutes before arrival, got straight to work on my service and was done within 15 minutes all good

Engineer was efficient, friendly, and informative.

Annual service visit

Annual service visit, checked boiler, hob and radiators. Advised that two replacement parts were needed, gave full explanation. The visit was a good experience, plenty of advance warning, prompt arrival. Engineer did excellent job, polite and thorough, left place tidy.

Awful!!

Awful!!! Avoid Avoid British Gas Lite. Only way to contact them is via online chat box. Nothing but issues since switching to them, very difficult to contact them.
