Peace of mind.

The engineer was on time and explained everything he was doing.He done all the safety checks that we expected. He was friendly and very professional.

British Gas Home Care

I only have home care and I think British Gas are the best for speed in which they come out, their efficiency and their expertise from plumbing to electrics and boiler servicing which they remind you when it's due. Well worth the money if just for peace of mind!

After leaving British Gas some time ago due to prices. I came back a year ago and they have been very good. Best fixed rate deal at present until sept 2027.

Respectful Engineers

The two Engineers that arrived yesterday both introduced themselves. the main engineer asked me what the issue was, once i explained he informed me that he would have to do checks in order to find the problem. He said he would need to get into the electricity cupboard he went above and beyond in helping me to remove items from the cupboard, as i use a walking stick i thanked him. He explained what checks he would be doing regarding the electric, he informed me every step of the way as to what he was doing. Once he had done the repair he asked me if he could replace the items back into the cupboard i told him that i would put the items back my self and thanked him. both Engineers were polite and respected my property. I am very happy with the service i received They are both a credit to British Gas Keep up the good work.

I spoke with Danni regarding boiler cover and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot thank her enough and how patient she was with answering my endless questions. Overall, outstanding service!!
