Absolutely terrible service. -progress cancelled for a child-child told theya??re moving up and then not-child a??assesseda?? within a lesson for things the didna??t even do within the lesson-confirmed untrue information on the phone -unable to meet the needs of a child with a disability and appropriately pass on important information between staff.Ongoing issues for almost 2 months and no one seems to care to bother to resolve.
Since I joined I have twice booked online for Swim for fitness sessions, both times I received confirmation of the booking. Both times that I arrived at Henley Sports Centre I was told I could not have booked as the Pool was being used for Triathlon training. The Reception staff member acknowledged my booking and said there was a problem with the system. I am really pissed off.

The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The pool is a great space for both casual and more serious swimmers, and the sauna is a perfect way to relax afterward.What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone Ia??ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They create a warm and safe atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable.A special shout-out to the management team a?? ita??s clear theya??re doing an excellent job. Everything runs smoothly, the facilities are consistently in great condition, and therea??s a real sense of care and pride in how the center is operated.
