Absolutely terrible service. -progress cancelled for a child-child told theya??re moving up and then not-child a??assesseda?? within a lesson for things the didna??t even do within the lesson-confirmed untrue information on the phone -unable to meet the needs of a child with a disability and appropriately pass on important information between staff.Ongoing issues for almost 2 months and no one seems to care to bother to resolve.

The experience: So I have ordered from this company twice, the first time went perfectly! The second time however I received a wrong item and a slightly dirty looking item. The customer service chat said I would get an email with a return address to exchange it, unfortunately I didn't get that email. So after a few days of no response I sent an email to their help team explaining what was going on with photo evidence and waited. I didn't get a response to my email after about 5 days - So I wrote the original version of this review with what happened and two stars (while praising their product). After that I received an immediate response with them sending me a replacement of my order without asking me to return the items! Today (before the replacement had arrived) I received a phone call waking me up at 10 AM asking me to update this review - which... I really didn't appreciate my phone number being used outside of delivery reasons.The products themselves: CBD Muscle Balm Relief 100ml (2000mg in a Tub); This balm is one of the first items I ordered. The scent is very mild and not overpowering! It has a typical hemp-y/cannabis-y CBD smell to it but it's not very fragrant. It is a solid balm tub that melts with bodyheat. It was hard to get it to melt with my fingers at first but after a few uses it is a lot easier to apply! The downside, which lead to my second order, was that it has a greasy/oily feel to it and leaves a layer on your skin where applied. Even applying a small amount thinly has that sensation.Active Heat Balm 50ml (1000mg Pump); This one has a slightly stronger scent to it. It mostly smells faintly similar to ginger and ginseng tea, not particularly sweet with a hint of that CBD scent base. Its warming effects take a while to appear but can feel quite warm! I didn't like how it felt on the back of my neck and washed it off but it felt pleasant on my wrists. Make sure to massage it in properly. I did notice an error on the back of the label stating that it has a cooling effect and different ingredients though.Deep Freeze Balm 50ml (1000mg Pump); This is where I started having issues. To start, both bottles I received, the original and the replacement, looked dirty around the edge of the label. Like the glue seeped out and started collecting lint in someone's pocket. SupremeCBD says they're looking into this. As for the product itself - the scent is similar to chewing gum or toothpaste; a sweet mild mintyness with some menthol backing it up upon first application. INCREDIBLY pleasant to smell and is my favourite of the scents. The cooling effect however, I felt was quite mild compared to other brands. It didn't seem to last that long. It did cool the skin but gently. Additionally compared to the other pump balms this had a slightly stickier effect on the skin - but this was mild and went away if you rubbed it in longer!CBD Muscle and Joint Rub Balm 2000mg (100ml in a pump); The last of the balms, this is where the confusion happened! This product got mixed up with the first item I reviewed in my second order and I recieved the Tub form instead. Perhaps because the names are similar at a glance. I just received this today and used it. Scent is similar to the first, a little hemp-y, though this time with an odd 'crayon' scent to it that fades after application. It is incredibly mild, more so than any of the other products. I wouldn't call it scentless but its the most subtle.Overall I found these balms to be effective with the CBD helping my joint issues - though my favourite scent would have to be the cooling balm. I do like that the overall scents are mild, with the heat balm being the strongest.I also tried the CBD gummies "CBD Gummy Peach Rings Grab Bag (200mg)" The texture is a bit too soft (no 'bite' that regular gummies have) but flavour wise they're lovely and spot on to regular peach rings.The "CBD Disposable Vape - Blue Razz Lemonade (2000mg)" has a great flavour and was easy to useI tried the "CBD Bath Bomb - Candy Floss (100mg)", while I didn't notice any effects the scent was pleasant and reminded me of one of lush's scents.And I also received "CBD Spot Cream 200ml (1000mg CBD)" as a free gift; however I could not stand the smell of it so I can't comment on its use! It was quite strong and similar to some facial/wrinkle creams scent.Overall: The CBD products are mild and pleasant scented unlike other brands, which I appreciate since that was the reason for me changing the product I use! They're just as effective as other products, though the cooling effect is less than expected. Resolving issues with the order took time and I did receive an unexpected and unwanted phonecall about a review - but the mistake was resolved with products being sent out! The products are fine and well made so I have little complaints on their effectiveness, just the issues mentioned above!

Receiving the wrong item, along with a damaged one, and then not getting the help you need is incredibly frustrating.
