Downloading the Better App has really helped me begin to establish my swimming habit. The easier the process of getting into the pool, the more likely I am to do it. The Better App helps make the process easier. I'm loving my daily swim at Jesus Green Lido.
The kids pool is like swimming in a pond, it's absolutely freezing. I had to buy my daughter a wetsuit as she started to turn blue. Yet she's still freezing. If the pace was faster and they were teaching more swimming skills, we'd be moving more and we might get warmer, plus she'd be learning something. It feels a bit flat. She loves swimming but she keeps wanting to leave the pool before the class ends. We'd like to cancel asap but when I click to do so on the website, it says I must give 20 days notice?
I used my better account to book a court for badminton in Bedford International Athletic Stadium. I also informed one of the staff upon arrival for checking us In for the slot and later, my account shows penalties for no show fee and I was not able to see any availability for courts for the next few days and me and my friends missed our chance have a badminton sessions. I also tried to contact the service department at least 4 times in 2 days and still couldna??t sort out my problem. The call centre says, the center is not picking up the call to verify and no action was taken. I have been using the account for the past 3-4 years and Ia??m very disappointed with the service. Since the better take over, ita??s a disaster.
Umma was so helpful on reception .I am not so great at doing certain things on my mobile. Umma helped me through completing my membership, without making me feel silly for not being able to do it myself.Hopefully she will stay in her job as she is a credit to your company .
The booking and arrival process worked well and Sutcliffe Park is a great facility. Nice atmosphere on the track and monthly membership means I can concentrate on my training versus clock-watching to make sure I don't overrun.
I recently joined Vauxhall Better Gym and whilst facilities are good here are some of my reflections after my initial session ....1. Ladies Toilet - dust and dirt in corner crevices. Handsoap bottles need refilling. Feels a bit grubby2. Gym Floor - 3 machines I counted were out of service but an engineer was present to repair4. No antibac wipes or tissues available to wipe down machines after use despite bottles of antibac available5. Machine Hogging - can't believe this continues to happen! Why do members literally sit and read their phones before repeating reps?6. No members of staff available on gym floor.Above all staff and members are friendly. Hope above is useful!
