I recently had a problem with a purchase I made in store but didn’t realise until I got home. I contacted customer service and was helped by Dean. I have to say how impressed I was with the way he kindly and professionally dealt with my problem. He responded quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. He is an asset to this company and has ensured I will make future purchases.

Review of Gardeningexpress
Placed an order for two clematis on 10.06.25, money taken from my account straight away, I've not received the order 25 days after placing it. Emailed and filled in the contact form on their website, received no reply, no phone number provided, no communication at all from them. Have had to contact my bank and enter into a dispute just to get refunded. What do you call it when you pay for goods that aren't sent, oh yes, a SCAM!I recommend that the BUYER BEWARE.
Review of Fitstraps
I have ordered from this site before when my original strap wore out and it lasted a long time and took a lot of wear and tare before it broke. So being happy with the quality nd longevity of the product I then ordered a new one and unfortunately a bit of it snapped off very quickly. Luckily this was no problem for customer services who replaced it straight away. Thank you Andy.
Review of Domestika
Interesting and varied courses but a complete ripoff. Seems like a great deal but ZERO communication when money is taken from your account for what you’ve bought. (I still don’t have Domestika Plus, so goodness knows what it was for.) Not worth bothering with the hassle of them having your data. I’ve deleted my account now.
Review of Guestreservations
Room rate was €125. Charge me €195. Didn’t send me a confirmation email or booking reference. Phone line on website is automated and required itinerary number this to get through to an agent. Eventually I got through to someone in the sales team who found my booking and provided me with the itinerary number. And said there were €60 euro in charges that covered ‘free breakfast’ and parking that I did not book. And hotel fees. A complete scam. Nowhere in booking journey were any of these fees highlighted.
