This mattress has failed more than compression I roll out of bed. Supposed to have 10 year warranty but they refuse to respond

I ordered the chaise from the tiny range online on the 264 and it was delivered by 45 which was amazing. I had to ask my mum to come round for delivery of the sofa and she could not have passed on higher praise for the delivery persons, Lee and Bradley. She said they were very polite and could not have been anymore careful when bringing the sofa in and setting up. Great experience from start to finish.
