Initially Shak was very polite. Shak was very good in helping us find the right bed for us. Shak was then very accommodating with payment terms. After spending lots of time with us,Shak finalised everything. We were very happy.

Came in today and was given a very warm greeting by every member of staff felt like our own personal shop we where then shown around by James head who is an amazing staff member and made sure everything my mum and myself asked for was met would definitely return if not for the great tea and biscuits and lovely products for the quality staff this store has to offer.

Be wary of online orders and returnsHugely disappointed with a TV stand I ordered. When it was delivered, the shelves looked nothing like the online pictures and look cheappainted. Stores didnt have the stand in stock to view, so I relied on the online images which are completely inaccurate and misleading. To return an item, you have to pay 25 of the original purchase price for them to collect it or get it to a Furniture Village warehouse yourself not your local shop mine is over a 40 min drive away. If you opt to chose another item, they still charge you 10 reselection fee.

Lovely, helpful delivery staff Kyle and Sean on time, polite, great with the dog. Laid down mats to protect the hallway floor. They offered to hoover up the small amount of polystyrene mess that was made. Furniture was built efficiently and in the requested place.
