Fantastic service with Kuly, walked us through the process and helped us with any questions and concerns we had along the way when considering our new sofas. In the end we managed to find the correct one after exploring many options. Was also given a complimentary teacoffee while we weighted up our options!

I went into Hove store looking for a new sofa. I was approached by member of staff Gemma who was extremely helpful and showed me all of the options after describing what I was looking for. She is very knowledgable about the products in store , has a pleasant manner and more importantly not pushy unlike some other stores I??d been in. She was patient as it took me 2 days to decide and order my new sofa. I can??t comment on the sofa or delivery as have to wait , but so far the service has been very good.

AVOIDAVOIDAVOID!!!Worst company that I have ever dealt with go elsewhere anywhere else!Sales experience was good with nice people but i bought out of a sale window so the price halved a couple of weeks later during the Easter sale key lesson to learn Never go here when there isnt a sale on simple as that.The issues started after that. My sofa delivery is now currently a month a late during which time I have called the distribution center on multiple occasions and been promised calls back and escalations yet nothing happens and when I call back again a couple of days later it always starts afresh usual response We are trying to locate it, Its in our national distribution centre, and we are trying to get it to us here, Our manager has emailed their manager... My advice for anyone NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Issue with the Quality of goods The Sideboard has an area on the edge of the door where the stain has come off. The delivery Man was very open and explained that when the products are stained, they are packaged up too early and therefore the stain pulls off when the packaging is removed.He took photos and said someone would be in touch to arrange a time for this to be rectified. Either by a touch up or a replacementSalesman in store GreatDelivery Great, the three men worked quickly and professionally to safely deliver my furniture. Cannot fault them
